Shared Stories, Common Feelings
Sometimes, it’s important to talk. Sometimes, it’s right just to listen.
At our weekly sessions, everyone participates at their own pace.
There’s no requirement for attendees, and no judgment – just respectful, caring volunteers who are ready and willing to help with the healing process.
Meeting format:
9:30-10:00 a.m. Refreshments and check-in
10:00-10:30 a.m. Educational presentation
10:30-11:30 a.m. Discussion groups for loss of spouse, loss of child and loss of family or friend

• Share firsthand their own experiences dealing with loss.
Small group discussions give everyone a chance to:
• Express their feelings.
• Remember loved ones.
